Hello!! Seeing the Project the first thing we did was to rethink the space to look larger, but without affecting the structure of the building (the facade is the same, we respect the existing windows but use them different).
We propose to change the location of spaces to gain greater area, in the case of the rooms can comfortably be placed 2 single beds or even semi-double, as space grew. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, dressing room and a center of entertainment, giving the feeling of being in a suite. If they come families with children is possible to integrate 2 bedrooms on each floor, because there is a door, but without any of the bedrooms lose your privacy.
For common spaces we also take advantage of the outdoor spaces, we integrate and create terraces as reading room and / or living room, with this idea people can admire the landscape, but with the convenience of being indoors. There’re also some areas that are completely outdoors like the pool, playground, a water fountain, etc.
