The apartment is reimagined into a one-bedroom layout to maximize efficiency, comfort, and spatial clarity while preserving the architectural character of the original structure.
The new layout introduces a dedicated living area, a spacious walk-in closet, and a functional kitchen, providing a modern lifestyle flow that enhances usability and visual harmony.
In the living room, the existing wall niche (cerukan) is smartly repurposed as built-in storage, optimizing every centimeter without compromising the open feeling of the space.
Furniture & Material Concept
The furniture concept focuses on a bright and natural palette, combining white surfaces with light wood tones to create a sense of openness and warmth.
This approach visually expands the space and balances the existing architectural depth, which previously felt dark and narrow in the photos.
The result is a minimalist yet welcoming atmosphere, where natural light, soft textures, and simple lines work together to make the apartment feel larger, brighter, and more comfortable — ideal for contemporary living.
