Refurbishment and Valorization of an Apartment in a 1940s Building

We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
We have proposed three designs for you, each with a different approach to the arrangement of different parts of the apartment, which can provide you with different choices.
Our main challenge in the design was the location of the load-bearing walls, which affected the arrangement of the rooms.
We planned the location of the bathroom and kitchen according to the location of the drain pipes.
Considering the size of the apartment, we used the colors of the Rosh with a combination of wood for the design to create a warm environment and prevent the apartment from looking small.
We tried to maintain the original authenticity of the house as much as possible while designing the apartment in a modern way.
We proposed beds with both 140 and 160 cm widths (if you choose a bed with a width of 160 cm, there is no possibility of placing a bedside table).
We considered the mezzanine as a second storage room of the apartment and used a retractable ladder to access it.
Due to the specific design of the ceiling and the difficulty in creating symmetry in installing ceiling lights, we prioritized wall lights for lighting.
