Here is my proposal for the layout of apartments in your building.
The scheme is highly flexible. The rooms or studios can be attached to adjacent apartments with little cost and no effort, to make a different sized unit to best fit the customer wishes. All living spaces and bedrooms are naturally lit and ventilated.

In my opinion, it s absolutely necessary to redo the water and canalization installations. Having bathrooms next to the gallery, where they are now, would make it impossible to have bedrooms facing the inner courtyard. Furthermore, it would mean that the bedrooms would be in the middle of the tract, totally cut of from daylight. The result in this scenario are deep and dark spaces, hard to ventilate, unhealthy and difficult to sell. Such conditions are extremely suboptimal for any kind of prolonged dwelling, which is, as I understand the goal of the whole project.

Redoing the installations in the building and making the new bathrooms, would immensely increase the usability of the space , its flexibility over the years and during the sales process, and with it of course - the market value of the apartments.
