The project employs four primary materials throughout. On the secondary, recessed façades, an anthracite-colored ceramic cladding has been used. On the front-facing elevations, a combination of bronze-colored ceramic cladding and curtain wall glazing—divided vertically at 74 cm intervals—has been applied.
The bronze ceramic cladding is utilized to emphasize the building entrance and is repeated intermittently as a base element that wraps around the entire structure.
On the western façade, the external staircase is highlighted through the use of exposed concrete-effect ceramic cladding. This element is designed with an angular, sculptural form that runs parallel to the line of the staircase, giving it a strong architectural expression. Within this sculptural form, the stair treads and railing zones are intentionally left open to create a sense of lightness.
It was a pleasure to work on this project. Thank you for providing the opportunity.
