We are honored to present our proposal for the facade design of this administrative-commercial building, developed with a precise understanding of the project’s constraints and the client’s expectations.
From the beginning of the design process, one of the key requirements was the complete preservation of the existing structure without any modification. Accordingly, our approach focused on redefining the building envelope (facade) in a way that maintains the original structure while maximizing visual and architectural impact.
Our design team adopted a minimal and contemporary language, utilizing modern materials suited for administrative and commercial functions. The design emphasizes proportion, clarity, and refined detailing to achieve a facade that is both visually appealing and functionally appropriate.
One of the key highlights of this proposal is the use of a bold blue accent color. This choice is based on color psychology, as blue conveys trust, calmness, professionalism, and stability, making it highly compatible with office and commercial environments. It gives the building a distinct identity while enhancing its sense of dignity and cohesion.
At the same time, through analyzing the brand identity, we recognized that red is a primary color in your brand. Therefore, the design is intentionally flexible, allowing the accent color to be adapted based on your brand identity. Blue can be seamlessly replaced with red or any preferred color without affecting the integrity of the overall design.
The final proposal aims to highlight the building and define its visual identity. It is developed based on principles of minimalism, distinction, and timelessness, ensuring long-term relevance while avoiding short-lived design trends.
From a technical perspective, the facade is organized through volumetric box articulation, creating depth, shadow, and rhythm across the elevation. The combination of metal elements (such as steel or aluminum) with exposed or textured concrete enhances durability and environmental resistance, while expressing material honesty and a contemporary architectural approach. This material strategy reinforces the building’s professional and modern character.
Ultimately, our goal was to create a facade that is simple yet distinctive, modern yet timeless, clearly expressing the building’s function and identity.
