Since the space in question is for rent and it was not possible to work on some major interventions and changes, I was looking for options to have as few craft jobs as possible. The most important thing is to hide what is not used and does not fit into the theme of the space, so that the fireplace, stairs and the space in front of the toilet are hidden and used as the client wished. I made a rough 3D, so that the client could roughly know in which direction to go. I hope you will like it.
