I tried to create comfortable areas for everyone of the family.
In the ground floor I choose to divide the space into two main uses: living and kitchen/dining.
That was possible merging all utilities, as such as stairways and guest bathroom and cabinets, into a unique element, that’s looks like a design furniture.

In the first floor I choose to use the same stairway zone to reach the last floor as an independent room. This choice allowed to create a master bedroom with private bathroom and wardrobe, a double bedroom, a second bathroom and a separate laundry.
