The building developed exclusively in horizontal linear blocks, trying to blend in with the natural environment and to project outside through generous openings, framing the landscape and lead in outdoor spaces, they thought of as real rooms in the open.
The materials and colors used are inspired by Mediterranean tradition, light colors for the plaster, the floors, and use of stone and wood for the other parts.
In coverage it was provided a roof garden, which in addition to allowing the people a picturesque view of the sea and sunbathing in the summer, performs the important task of naturally insulate the rooms below.
L'edificio sviluppandosi esclusivamente in blocchi lineari orizzontali, cerca di armonizzarsi col contesto naturale e di proiettarsi all'esterno attraverso generose aperture, che incorniciano il paesaggio e conducono negli spazi esterni , questi ultimi pensati come vere e proprie stanze a cielo aperto.
I materiali ed i colori utilizzati si rifanno alla tradizione mediterranea, tinte chiare per gli intonaci, le pavimentazioni, e utilizzo della pietra e del legno per le altre parti.
In copertura è stata previsto un tetto giardino, che oltre a permettere ai gli abitanti una vista suggestiva del mare e di prendere il sole in estate, assolve l'importante compito di isolare termicamente in modo naturale le stanze sottostanti.
