In my proposal, I’ve added a guest bathroom accessible from the public area to avoid entry into private spaces, and placed the laundry in the private corridor for better functionality. I also suggest using light ceramic flooring and off-white wall finishes to enhance brightness and openness.
The design maintains a clear separation between public and private zones, building on your original layout for a more refined result.
