POKE HOUSE STORE REDESIGN

The interior concept is inspired by the freshness, colour and energy of a colourful poke bowl, translated into a vibrant yet warm dining environment. A natural palette of oak timber, soft pink, olive green, buttery yellow and coral accents creates a playful contemporary identity, balanced by abundant tropical planting and warm ambient lighting.

The circular wall features are the key visual element, representing the layered and colourful composition of a poke bowl. Their concentric rings reinterpret the different ingredients and colours of the bowl as a bold three-dimensional art installation, reinforcing the brand story while creating a strong focal point along the dining areas.

Vertical timber slats, integrated planters, illuminated edges, woven furniture and warm wood finishes add natural texture and depth, while the contrasting colour blocks and graphic elements bring a youthful, energetic character to the space. Overall, the design aims to create an atmosphere that feels fresh, optimistic, natural and distinctly Poke House.
