Dear designers,
we’ve just bought this new house, but we still didn’t reach the interior design we’d like especially for the living area.
We are a big family, we have 4 children: 2 girls of 6 and 3 and two twins of 1 year.
The house is really new, and we want to keep both the flooring and the fixtures, but we want to re-paint the walls. We also want to demolish the wall that separates the kitchen from the living area. There is a gap of 50cm between the kitchen and the living so there will be a couple stairs there. We want to realize a nice and comfy open space that is also safe for the children.
We want to put the kitchen where now there is the closet room. Also, the height of the 2 rooms are different: in the kitchen is about 3,28mt and in the living is about 2,73mt.
We already have a corner kitchen (please see the floorplan and the kitchen drawing that we’ve uploaded).
The kitchen is the same that you see in the pictures, for the moment we placed a part it in the living area.
The colour of the kitchen furniture is the one you see in the photos except some columns and shelves that are cream-coloured.
We’d really like a modern style for the furniture. We need a big sofa (6 places) and a TV space.
We’d also need storage furniture. We want just 1 dining table in the kitchen.
We’d like to place the column with spotlight that we already have (see picture) in the living room. We’d also like to have a white/grey stone-covered (preferably shaped in little stripes) wall and enlighten it with spotlights.
We’d like to close the space under the stairs to create a small cupboard for shoes and object. We’d also want to realize a close storage closet to put jackets and bags (maybe right when you enter on the left?).
In the kitchen we’d like to create a false ceiling (preferably with some creative touch) to cover two sets of pipes, one for the air system in the bathroom and one for the kitchen hood.
We still have to realize the bathroom, we’d like to have a small sink in the small room before the real bathroom. In the bathroom we want the shower.
We also want to replace the banister of the staircase because we don’t like it.
We’d like to have 1 3D Render for the kitchen and 1 for the living room.

Abbiamo acquistato casa dal costruttore, ma ancora non siamo riusciti ad arredare casa come vorremmo.
Siamo una famiglia numerosa, con 4 bambini, due bimbe di 6 e 3 anni e due gemelli di 1 anno.
La casa è nuova e non vogliamo cambiare pavimenti e infissi. Gli interventi maggiori consistono nell'aprire un muro in cartongesso
che attualmente divide il soggiorno dalla cucina e ridipingere i muri. Tra questi due ambienti c'è un dislivello di circa 50 cm. quindi andranno realizzati degli scalini. Vorremmo realizzare un ambiente aperto tra le due stanze, ma comunque sicuro per i bimbi.
La stanza attualmente adibita a magazzino, e dove noi vogliamo spostare la cucina, ha un piano del pavimento più basso di circa 50 cm rispetto al soggiorno. Anche l'altezza delle due stanze è diversa. la cucina ha un altezza di 3.28 invece il soggiorno è alto 2.73.
Abbiamo già una cucina da posizionare ad angolo (vedi disegno sulla piantina e disegno della cucina allegato).
La cucina è quella che si vede nelle foto, ed una parte di essa è momentaneamente montata in soggiorno.
Il colore della parte sotto della cucina e parte delle colonne è quello riportato nelle foto, mentre i pensili e una parte delle colonne sono di colore crema.
Come arredamento, vorremmo uno stile moderno. Con un divano spazioso, con almeno sei posti e creare uno spazio per una TV.
Vorremmo anche dei mobili con contenitori e cassetti per poter stivare la nostra roba.
Il tavolo da pranzo lo vogliamo solo in cucina e non in soggiorno.
Nel soggiorno vogliamo riutilizzare la colonna con i faretti che abbiamo già (vedi foto).
Sempre nel soggiorno ci piacerebbe anche una parete con della pietra (a piccole strisce) bianca/grigia illuminata con faretti
In soggiorno vorremmo chiudere il sottoscala per realizzare un piccolo ripostiglio per mettere le scarpe e varie. Sempre in soggiorno vorremmo anche realizzare in un angolo uno scomparto filo muro in cartongesso per mettere cappotti e borse (appena si entra sulla sinistra ?).
Nella zona cucina vorremmo fare, vista l'altezza un contro soffitto, che sia piuttosto originale (Abbiamo una predisposizione per condizionatore come si vede nelle foto). Ci serve il contro soffitto anche perchè dobbiamo realizzare due tubature (già predisposto lo sfondo nel muro in alto come potete vedere dalle foto), uno per l'areazione del bagno e uno per la cappa della cucina.
In bagno, che dobbiamo ancora realizzare, vorremmo un piccolo lavandino nell'anti bagno e doccia e sanitaria.
Per quanto riguarda la ringhiera della scala, la vorremmo sostituire perchè non ci piace.
Vorrei un immagine 3D per la cucina e una per il soggiorno.
