Hi client, this new floor plan is designed to make the room feel more spacious and airy, by retaining some walls to save costs. The entrance area is connected to the living room by removing the wall partition, making the room feel more spacious. Likewise, the kitchen area is connected to the dining room, equipped with an island table in the middle and a pantry near the kitchen. I kept the bedroom in its original position by modifying the walls and adding a bathroom and changing area to make it more functional.
