This project aims to transform an existing apartment located in Corso Firenze into a modern living space featuring an open-plan kitchen and two en-suite bedrooms, designed with minimalist details. All areas of the home have been reimagined in a clean and functional layout, tailored to the client's family-oriented, practical, and aesthetic preferences.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are fully integrated within an open-plan layout, positioned to maximize natural daylight. This spacious living zone has become the heart of the home thanks to its bright and airy atmosphere, enhanced by natural light. A pantry has also been strategically placed near the kitchen to meet additional storage needs.

Both bedrooms in the apartment include private bathrooms, each positioned to provide maximum comfort and privacy. A separate laundry room has been created, equipped with a sink, washing machine, dryer, and ironing area, offering a highly practical solution for everyday living. Throughout the design process, the principle of “smart spatial distribution” was adopted—ensuring maximum flexibility despite potential technical limitations such as non-removable walls within the existing structure.
