Descrizione Progetto

Based on your requests, I designed a layout that makes the best use of the existing space with the least amount of demolition and new construction.
In the living and dining area, I kept almost everything as it was. The living room remains unchanged, except for a suggestion to cover the exposed column: on one side with an ethanol fireplace and on the other side with a modern bookshelf or decorative cabinet. At the entrance, I only added two built-in wardrobes that can be used for storage or as a shoe closet. The room below the living area was left as it was, and I only redesigned the furniture layout.
Since you wanted the kitchen to be combined with the dining area while keeping the living room unchanged, I moved the kitchen next to the dining space. The wall between them can be completely removed, or as I suggest, only the middle part can be opened or replaced with a sliding glass door, while the two sides of the wall can still be used for cabinets. The wall below the kitchen is probably structural and may not be removable, but if it can be removed, the kitchen will become more open. However, in that case, noise and smells from the kitchen might spread more easily to the other areas.
For the pantry that you requested near the kitchen, I divided the former kitchen space into two parts: one as a pantry (directly opposite and close to the new kitchen) and the other as a laundry room with a window. Access to the laundry room is from the entrance, but if you prefer, you could also have access from the pantry.
The biggest change is in the two bedrooms on the left side of the plan. You previously had one small bathroom and one larger bathroom. I preferred to redesign them as two bathrooms of almost the same size, and in the same area as the previous bathrooms, to avoid technical issues with plumbing. The old walls were removed, and new ones were built. As you requested, each bathroom is accessible directly from its bedroom. For bedroom number 3, I also designed a walk-in closet (WIC), which I thought you might like. If you do not need it and if the wall can be removed structurally, you could simply merge the closet space into the bedroom for a larger room.
Finally, since you did not provide the exact measurements of the walls, I drew the plan to scale based on the images you shared. I estimated the wall thicknesses, so the dimensions in the plan may not exactly match the real ones. However, the scale is correct, and once adjusted to the real measurements, this design can be implemented as it is.
You did not request a construction and demolition plan, but I have sent it to you so that you can see the amount of construction and demolition in the proposed design.
