Due to its prestigious location, the unit has been designed as the most premium option within the building, organized as two luxury duplex residences. The concept is based on positioning the project as a historic loft-style living environment, which is expected to provide strong marketability.

The first unit is designed as a 4+1 layout, while the second unit is configured as a 3+1 loft residence. In both units, the kitchen spaces are planned as open-plan areas integrated with the living zones to enhance spatial continuity and modern living quality.

The primary living spaces are oriented toward the park façade to maximize natural view exposure and visual comfort. An additional functional room has been introduced at the attic level, intended as a flexible use space that can serve as a library and study area. Since the flooring system is designed with wooden construction, the stair void extending from the ground floor to the attic does not create any structural concern.
