The project focuses on the reorganization of the second floor, with the objective of creating two balanced and functional residential units suitable for either rental or sale. Particular attention has been given to achieving clear spatial organization and comfortable proportions, resulting in apartments conceived as well-structured three bedroom units.

In order to explore the full potential of the existing layout, two alternative design solutions have been developed. Both proposals aim to optimize the relationship between the living spaces and the architectural features of the house, while maintaining flexibility in the organization .

The design approach also takes into consideration the practical aspects of the renovation, seeking solutions that limit structural interventions and allow the project to remain compatible with a controlled budget while still achieving a coherent and attractive result.

In addition to the second floor, a proposal has been developed for the attic level. The space has been reimagined as a potential residential unit that can function independently, offering flexibility for future use and increasing the overall value of the property.

The overall intention of the project is to reveal the latent potential of the existing spaces, creating apartments that combine the charm of the historic architecture with a clear and functional contemporary layout.
