In this proposal,
I reorganized the layout to create two independent apartments in order to maximize the functionality of the space.
The first apartment was designed as a two-bedroom unit. It includes two bedrooms, a living area with an open kitchen and dining space, and one bathroom. I also added a storage area near the entrance that can be used for coats and shoes to keep the entrance organized. In the living area, I carefully arranged the layout so the existing fireplace remains a central element of the space.
For this apartment, I proposed two alternative solutions:
The first solution keeps the current entrance location.

The second solution introduces an alternative entrance, which provides a different circulation layout and may improve functionality depending on the client's preference.

The second apartment was designed as a three-bedroom unit. It includes three bedrooms, a living area with an open kitchen and dining space, and a bathroom. The layout aims to maintain comfortable circulation while efficiently using the available area.
In addition, I developed a layout proposal for the attic level. In this space, I organized the plan to include three compact bedrooms, a living area, a closed kitchen, a bathroom, and a laundry area. Although the bedrooms are smaller due to the attic constraints, the design allows the space to function as a complete and practical residential unit.
Overall, the proposal focuses on efficient space use, functional circulation, and maintaining existing architectural features such as the fireplace while adapting the layout to accommodate multiple living units.
