This is your first home and you must love it, so we create a Project that is as special as you are!!! We agree with you that this apartment must be restructured completely, so we create a new distribution. When you enter the first space you see is the access hall with a closet when you can leave your coats, umbrellas and shoes. From there you can visualize the opening social space which includes kitchen, dining and living room. We propose an open space to allow the entry of natural light and ventilation as much as posible, with this we also achieve to have a shorter hall and more privacy in the master bedroom. The kitchen has an island with the stove and the extractor, and it could be used as an auxiliar dining table. We also have enough storage space in the kitchen using the perimeter walls. Near to the kitchen is the laundry room, it’s closed by a glass door so it has light but is hidden of the rest of the spaces.

While there are no guests the living room is much bigger and also function as a TV room. But if there are guests or if you want a private studio you could close this space with sliding doors or decorative panels (screen type). For the decoration of the walls we propose a big urban photo over a brick wall (could be real or just a paper wall) on one side and some circular mirrors of different sizes in the wall of the hall (so they reflect the outside landscape and light, and make the space seems bigger). The first balcony now is connected with the social area and the other balcony is connected with the master bedroom. In this bedroom we have much storage space (closet and cabinets under the TV). Now the main bathroom is completely private, we propose it with two sinks and was possible to include the tub. This bathroom has a lot of natural light so you can enjoy the view while you’re taking a bath.
