Hello, Hope you are doing well.
I will give a brief description of the project and how it is designed: Firstly there are two options provided and all necessary drawings are provided for both the options.
Option1: Design is kept very clear and minimal as to use the space more efficiently.
Upon entering the space, you are greeted with the storage space provided for shoes and cloths from outside with a chair. (which is marked with grey color in space distribution layout plan) and close it it is the pantry with a sliding door.
In front have the kitchen with 3 slabs making a perfect kitchen working triangle. one of the slab or the social island have space for seating of 4 people. behind this is a living from with a sofa and the 2 chairs along with side table and a tv unit at the front which completes a composition of a living area. behind the sofa is a bench and table, bench up against the wall for seating act as a dining table in less space to accommodate more people.
Lastly the glass partitions for noise proofing utilize laminated acoustic glass is provided between the work stations which are facing each other giving particular dedicated enough spaces to people who are working. both living room and workstation gets proper daylight because of the glass partition and which prevents noise but allows light to travel in the whole space. Good circulation is provided to make sure of good flow of movement is maintained.
All the spaces where one spent most of there time is placed between two window to make sure the space remains well-ventilated.
Option 2: In the Option 2 there is a alternative provided for the office. In this instead of a two workstation and long side working table width 0.5 m is provided with two chairs by the window and separated with the glass partition again, Above the side working table there is storage provided to store anything related to office(basically office stuff but you can use it however you want if you choose go with this option). Also because client mentioned there is need for storage instead of dusting and displaying there can be stuff store or hide away in these storages.
In 2 picture named as 1.3, 2.3 there is an clear space distribution is shown. which will help to understand how space is used to make every bit of space more functional.
Finally I would like to conclude this project with a Thankyou, It was a pleasure working on this project.
