Following a careful interpretation of your design brief, our studio has developed four distinct spatial layout options**, each thoughtfully curated to achieve the highest standard of **space optimization, functionality, and spatial flow
Each scheme has been arranged in sequence to guide your review and support the selection of your preferred direction.

**Option 1**
Upon entry, the arrival space has been refined into a more purposeful foyer, incorporating a **built-in bench with overhead shelving** to enhance both comfort and storage efficiency. This transitions seamlessly into the open living area, where the space is anchored by a **central media wall with integrated base cabinetry and symmetrical floating shelves**, creating a balanced visual composition. The seating arrangement includes **three accent chairs, a primary sofa, and an auxiliary bench**, ensuring both comfort and flexibility.
The adjoining kitchen adopts an open-plan concept with a **fully integrated sink and dishwasher arrangement**, complemented by a **peninsula designed to accommodate six seats**, encouraging social interaction and multifunctional use. A discreetly positioned **washing machine adjacent to the sink zone** further maximizes utility.
The home office is strategically positioned close to the entrance for ease of access and includes a **dedicated workstation with integrated storage and floating shelving**, designed to support an efficient work environment.

**Option 2**
This scheme retains the overall spatial logic while elevating the utility functions. The entrance sequence is articulated with a **full-height storage unit to the left**, balanced by a **console, mirror feature, and curated art lighting installation** to the right, creating a refined first impression.
The living area respects the **existing TV service point**, ensuring technical practicality within the design framework. The kitchen introduces a **central island configuration**, supported by an enclosed pantry unit for concealed storage. In addition, both **washing machine and dryer are positioned side by side**, reinforcing operational efficiency.
The office area remains well integrated within the general layout while preserving clear circulation.

**Option 3**
This proposal offers a more dynamic spatial composition. The entrance is defined by a **dedicated storage cabinet**, leading into a generous open living area configured with an **L-shaped sectional sofa, two lounge chairs, rear bench seating, and a side stool**, creating a highly accommodating and sociable environment.
The kitchen is designed as a premium multifunctional workspace, featuring **both an island and peninsula**, alongside integrated **dishwasher and laundry provisions**. The pantry is treated as an independent architectural element with a **foldable perforated screen door**, adding texture, ventilation, and visual lightness.
The home office enjoys a deliberate balance between **visual openness and acoustic privacy**, maintaining connection to the main space without compromising focus.

**Option 4**
The fourth option presents the most formally articulated arrival experience, with a **celebrated entrance foyer defined by floor-to-ceiling storage and a built-in waiting bench**, establishing both utility and elegance from the point of entry.
The open living zone is conceived as a highly functional social hub, incorporating a **five-seater dining arrangement** in addition to a **two-seat peninsula with integrated under-counter storage**. The seating capacity within the living room is further enhanced beyond Option 3, making this scheme particularly suited for hosting and family interaction.
The home office remains open in concept yet is carefully buffered to mitigate sound transfer from the living space, ensuring privacy and concentration.

For ease of review, **all dimensions have been clearly annotated across each floor layout option**, and the corresponding **DWG AutoCAD plan files have also been exported for technical reference and coordination**.
