L’intervento da realizzare riguarda un appartamento di piccole dimensioni per una committenza attuale di 3 unità.
Analizzando la distribuzione funzionale degli ambienti, si nota che lo spazio risulta mal distribuito e non sfruttato con criterio. In particolare, si evince che i disimpegni zona notte e l’ingresso sono sovradimensionati a scapito degli ambienti restanti.
Pertanto si è prestata molta attenzione nell’ottimizzare tali disimpegni realizzando i seguenti: nella zona adiacente l’ingresso un armadio ospiti ad incasso, nella cameretta un altro armadio ad incasso, nel disimpegno notte un armadietto di servizio al wc doccia, inoltre si è prevista la soppalcatura del disimpegno, cosa che aggiunge altri spazi di ripostiglio. Tale intervento, consente di ampliare l’attuale ripostiglio, accessibile dal disimpegno notte, ricavando una piccola lavanderia.
Il soppalco realizzato è diviso in due porzioni, soppalco 1 e soppalco 2, e sarà accessibile tramite sportellatura, rispettivamente dalla camera padronale e dalla lavanderia, anch’essa disimpegnata dal corridoio tramite porte/sportelli in legno laccato.

La divisione di questo ambiente sarà consentita per mezzo di parete in vetro opaco Stratificato/Temperato, con porta a battente o scorrevole sempre dello stesso materiale realizzati a misura, ciò per facilitare il passaggio della luce naturale attraverso la finestra.
La zona living, allo stato attuale disimpegnata dall’ingresso e dalla cucina, diventerà un unico ambiente più ampio e fungerà da soggiorno pranzo. Questo spazio sarà un ambiente sobrio ed elegante, con pavimento in parquet naturale, recuperando quello esistente con trattamento di anticatura, o inserendone uno ex novo con listoni più grandi in essenza di olmo o rovere anticato. Le pareti saranno arricchite da gessetti e modanature prefabbricate (polvere di marmo o cemento bianco) e da una bella zoccolatura modanata in legno laccato; tali elementi somiglieranno ad una boiserie ma con un abbattimento notevole dei costi di realizzazione.
L’ambiente living sarà allestito con arredi classici con aspetto un po’ vissuto “Shabby Chic/Industrial”, cioè ottenuti con materiali anticati e con finiture invecchiate.
Al fine di nascondere le travi strutturali ed inserire delle luci lineari (led) e faretti), saranno realizzati dei controsoffitti nella zona soggiorno e nell’ingresso, contrassegnati da altezze differenti, inoltre saranno controsoffittati i piccoli ambienti quali cucina e wc doccia.
La cucina sarà messa in comunicazione diretta con il living, ma al contempo potrà essere disimpegnata dal resto della casa per mezzo di un’ampia porta vetrata a due ante scorrevoli. Per aumentare lo spazio attrezzabile della cucina si è scelto di impostare i piani tecnici e gli arredi su entrambi i lati, lasciando libero il corridoio centrale in asse con la finestra.
La cameretta, avendo inserito la porta di ingresso scorrevole, si potrà arredare da ambo i lati, la parete frontale sarà attrezzabile con letti a castello ed armadio ponte, l’altra parete con scrittoio e libreria.
La camera padronale munita anch’essa di porta scorrevole, vista la sua profondità, si potrà allestire con comò, poltroncina, letto, comodini ed armadio.
