Opera

Hello Dear Client,
This is my proposal for Opera-contest. I've moved toilet on ground level, becouse there is not enough space and height under stairs and I have find a place closer to sewer system on that wall. As you can see, althoung You've mentioned that you are satisfied with existing floorplan, I wanted to give you second option by changing positions of bathroom and walk-in closet. I hope You like designe proposal also.
