Design Approach
This design prioritizes spatial flow optimization, creating a clear separation between the Main Workspace and Rental/Coworking areas to ensure privacy and operational efficiency. Circulation is carefully planned to reduce interference between internal and external activities.
The Main Workspace adopts a Distinguished Quality concept:
· Main Meeting Room features an 8-seat solid walnut table with black/copper legs, a refined palette of Charcoal Grey, Burnt Umber, and Muted Teal accents, focused pendant lighting, and a dark textured carpet complemented by indoor greenery.
· Director's Office offers a dark wood executive desk with leather inlay, premium leather chair, wood panels with frosted glass, Deep Olive and Charcoal tones with brass accents, warm desk lighting, and display shelves for art and awards.
· Staff Area uses light wood modular desks with low acoustic partitions, a Warm Grey and Soft Beige palette, ergonomic mesh chairs, and a blend of natural light with high-efficiency linear LEDs.
The Coworking Space maximizes natural light through large glass windows, integrates plants as decorative and spatial dividers, and provides flexible zones including focus desks, communal tables, and lounges. Warm materials--wood, matte metal, and leather--paired with neutral tones and green accents create a relaxed yet exclusive ambiance.
Lighting strategies place key work areas in naturally lit zones, while windowless areas host technical functions. The flexible layout supports both permanent and short-term offices, enabling hybrid and collaborative work styles. Biophilic design enriches the space with indoor plant strips, potted palms on white river pebbles, and warm accent lighting, fostering a calm, sophisticated atmosphere.
