Thank you for your interesting competition.
The spaces with windows have been allocated to areas that require natural light. There are three rooms for rent, one management office, and one room designed for 8 people working together. The rooms are separated by glass partitions. To help you better understand the design, I have prepared several renderings of the space for you.
The meeting room is located in the center of the plan. Because the partitions are made of glass, the meeting room can receive natural light. Spaces such as the restrooms and the server room, which do not require natural light, are placed along the neighboring wall.
Additionally, a small area for the kitchen and rest, as well as a space for meetings with clients, have been included. I have also provided some mood boards along with the lighting plan for you.

Gli spazi con finestre sono stati assegnati alle aree che necessitano di luce naturale. Sono previste tre stanze in affitto, un ufficio direzionale e una stanza per 8 persone che lavorano insieme. Le stanze sono separate da pareti divisorie in vetro. Per aiutarvi a comprendere meglio il progetto, ho preparato diversi render dello spazio.
La sala riunioni si trova al centro della pianta. Poiché le pareti divisorie sono in vetro, la sala riunioni può ricevere luce naturale. Gli spazi come i servizi igienici e la sala server, che non necessitano di luce naturale, sono posizionati lungo la parete del vicino.
Inoltre, è stata prevista una piccola area per la cucina e il relax, oltre a uno spazio per gli incontri con i clienti. Ho anche fornito alcune mood board insieme al piano di illuminazione.
