Office space for NGO

The Office layout for an NGO is redesigned considering two main detail:
1* To use the daylight as much as possible
To have the maximum profit from daylight, the place is designed around a core where the services are placed. Around this service area storage rooms, printing and technical rooms, a laundary room and a small relaxing are is placed. The second layer is a continuous path that revolves around this core. The last layer is the offices and other rooms, areas, relaxing zones, hot spots etc are all placed to have the daylight in use.
2* To create multi-functional spaces to give freedom for converting whenever needed.
Offices are suggested to use a convertible walls and seperations to make changes in future. So the open areas, and multi-functional zones can be converted into offices and vice versa.
