Given that New York is a cosmopolitan city that is constantly changing , we wanted to bring the energy of this city into the office. The lobby simulates a hotel lobby, to showing the strength and trajectory of the Company and can emphasize its image to include the logo on one of the walls. To internalize the dynamism of New York, we propose a simple lines design, with areas remain bounded by different textures ( ceiling , walls and floor) and neutral tones, that can be easily adapted to new needs arise to the Company . To emphasize the extent of the space, we propose modern modular furniture that serves as work space combined with storage spaces, giving each cm2 used . To take advantage of the prime location of offices few divisions are created (mainly glass windows or walls combined ) that let in natural light and you can observe the environment from almost every interior space. Being open space trust company is also demonstrated to their employees (reinforce it with motivational messages on decorative vinyl on glass partitions and / or walls) which was rewarded with a greater sense of belonging and increased performance in work hours . New York is a city of opportunities, so we proposed that the spaces for use mainly by agents (phone booths , print and copy area , relax room, etc) are easily accessible for everyone. Customer amenities are near the access, so the paths are reduced and also possible distractions for agents.


The result : A great contemporary space that allows visitors and users to identify with the Office Enterprise, that they feel part of it and strive to contribute to it success!!
