We are pleased to present our Site Plan Strategy and Housing Typologies proposal for the ADT 9 – Livemmo development.
Our concept is based on a clear subdivision of the terreno into 10 micro-lots, designed with logical setbacks and a simple access road, while fully respecting the natural topography.
The masterplan introduces three development belts – lower, middle, and upper – each responding to the slope conditions with appropriate foundation strategies (slab, mixed, or palafitta). This ensures not only cost efficiency, but also privacy and harmony with the landscape.
Two housing typologies are proposed:
Type A – “Alpe Tradizionale”, rooted in local tradition with a compact, efficient layout.
Type B – “Chalet a Palafitta”, an elevated solution for steeper areas, offering both functional and scenic value.
Both models integrate sustainable features – photovoltaic roofs, rainwater collection, and eco-friendly materials – combined with a standardized modular interior kit to keep construction affordable and execution fast.
This submission reflects a careful balance between economic feasibility, aesthetic quality, and environmental responsibility, delivering second homes that are accessible, attractive, and respectful of the alpine context.
