New Villa 200 mq

We developed a modern two-storey villa concept based on the given plot boundaries and required setback rules. The garage was kept in its required position near the street, while the swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, outdoor kitchen, and storage were placed in the garden zone as requested. The house was planned with approximately 186 m² of net interior living area, including a ground-floor master suite, open living and dining area, kitchen, pantry, study, bedrooms, shared bathrooms, and a double-height gallery space of about 20 m². We also improved the presentation quality of the site plan, ground floor plan, first floor plan, and garden façade while preserving the original design decisions. The final concept emphasizes a clean modern architectural style with large openings, covered outdoor living areas, and a strong connection between the interior spaces and the pool garden.
