I tried to incorporate all of your requests and preferences into the design.
On the ground floor, I placed a parking area for three cars in the location you specified. Next to it, I designed a pedestrian entrance path with four steps leading upward, so that the house is elevated approximately 70 cm above ground level.
I also considered a one-meter perimeter setback around the house, leaving the remaining space available for planting trees.
On the ground floor, I included a guest bathroom, a pantry room, a curved staircase, a 15 sqm master bedroom on the south side with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet, a large open living area connected to the kitchen, and a kitchen located close to the backyard terrace.
In the backyard, according to your request, I designed a sitting and dining area, a storage room, an outdoor kitchen, a jacuzzi, and a swimming pool.
On the first floor, as requested, I designed a 16 sqm void area. I also included two 15 sqm bedrooms on the south side, one bathroom, one walk-in closet, and a study room.
I designed a continuous south-facing terrace to provide more volumetric variation and flexibility for the future façade design.
