Ciao, grazie a chiunque prenderà in considerazione il nostro progetto. siamo una coppia che deve ristrutturare casa di 35 e 30 anni. innanzitutto i difetti della casa: - non è possibile aprire finestre a nord e ad est della casa a parte quelle esistenti che sono solo per la luce quindi posizionate in alto; - non abbiamo messo lo stato attuale perché è tutto da rifare, non abbiamo problemi nè con il muratore nè con gli impianti sia idraulici che elettrici perché ci aiutano persone di famiglia che fanno questo mestiere quindi dal punto di vista del budget per questi lavori siamo agevolati. ora le cose che ci piacerebbero: - vorremo avere due camere da letto di cui una con cabina armadio e un'altra da camera per bambini, due bagni uno per gli ospiti ed un altro a funzione delle camere, una piccola zona lavanderia / ripostiglio, e poi la zona più importante per noi il soggiorno con la cucina. Vorremo un soggiorno con camino però il nostro grande dubbio è come avere un camino dove riscaldarci su comodi divani e/o poltrone e contemporaneamente guardare la TV, il camino andrà posizionato sul lato ovest perché è l'unico punto dove poter mettere lo scarico. Ci piace la cucina con isola o penisola ma un altro dubbio è se lasciare un unico ambiente aperto o separare il soggiorno dalla cucina e soprattutto come posizionare la cucina. avevamo pensato a qualche parete divisoria particolare tipo libreria ma sono accettati tutti i tipi di proposte. abbiamo un budget per l'arredamento intorno ai 10.000,00/15.000,00 euro e ci piace uno stile moderno essenziale ma particolare e curato nei dettagli. grazie a tutti Hello, thank you to anyone who will consider our project. we are a couple that needs to renovate the house of 35 and 30 years.First, the defects of the house:- You can not open the windows to the north and east of the house apart from the existing ones that are just for the light then positioned at the top;- We did not put the current state because it is all to be redone, we have no problems with either the mason nor with both hydraulic and electrical systems because they help family people who do this job then from the point of view of the budget for these jobs are subsidized .Now the things that we'd like:- We want to have two bedrooms, one with walk-in closet and another from children's room, two bathrooms, one for guests and another function of the rooms, a small laundry area / utility room, and then the most important area for we the living room with the kitchen.
