We are pleased to present the design documentation, carefully tailored to align with your requirements and preferences. The project focuses on creating a functional and reversible layout, accommodating both residential use and B&B operations. The apartment’s design minimizes demolition and construction to address logistical challenges while ensuring the potential to revert to a classic family layout in the future. Key features include the addition of a new bathroom within the sleeping area, positioned based on drainage constraints and equipped with ventilation for the lack of natural light. Lightweight plasterboard partitions have been utilized, complementing the existing ceiling structures. Flooring solutions meet the 10 mm thickness limit, ensuring compatibility with renovated doors and windows, while the overall color scheme emphasizes light tones to create a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The living and kitchen areas have been redesigned to optimize shared use with B&B guests, with considerations for an open kitchen layout and minimal wall modifications. Open-style furniture has been suggested for the B&B rooms to enhance spatial perception. The possibility of relocating the kitchen and swapping the living and sleeping areas was also evaluated, with practical adjustments to meet technical constraints.
