My design concept revolves around that each apartment on the typical floor retains a defined boundary that remains consistent across the two proposed layouts. This interchangeable configuration allows for a mix-and-match approach, enabling any apartment to adopt either layout or its corresponding optional variant [proposed layouts and options to be interchanged freely], By thus, allowing for seamless flexibility and thereby enhancing spatial adaptability and overall design diversity.
