New Buildin layout

Dear client,
the goal of this project was to create more functional layout, taken into consideration new columns and predefined position of bathrooms, windows and balcony doors.
Solutions A and B are layouts for typical floor, differing in position of kitchen in App 5. Solution C is also a typical floor layout, showing the possibility of relocating guest bathroom to create larger and well organized living/dining/kitchen area.
Furniture layout for third floor presents lower level of duplex apartment, while solutions D and E present two layouts for duplex's upper floor.
