Gent.mo User, I
feel compelled to highlight the objective difficulty in tackling a project
without knowing the client personally. Design choices are fundamental knowledge
of the personality of the inhabitants and their usual daily activities. I tried anyway,
with little time and the few data available, to carry out a project as much as
possible for different uses. The living area is
spacious and luminous South, comfortable and practical. conceived as ope-space
but with separate kitchen for functional reasons. Embellished with several
important design elements, is illuminated
from all Windows that look out onto the balcony. The sleeping area
to the North consists of 2 spacious bedrooms-one double with a handy
helper-stool at the foot of the bed and a capacious walk-in closet, the other
comprising double wardrobe and study area, both with French window overlooking
the balcony-and the master bathroom equipped with all comforts and with the
window. To the West there is a large closet for multiple uses. To the East
there is the second bathroom with laundry, this without opening but with forced
ventilation system. The Study was
designed with two different entrances: one from the sleeping area and the other
from the living area (with direct access to the second bathroom), where it was
thought as an Office or for someone not in the family. To have more light is
thought to a system of glass walls, opaque or transparent, as desired, to 230
cm height 270 cm instead of as are all other walls. The recommended
floor with porcelain stoneware rectified oak effect: the view is identical to the
wood but much faster and easier to clean. The walls are white except the one in
which you put the fireplace which is of stone. Under the fireplace (indicated
only in the floor plan) could be placed a shelf to about 40 cm from the ground
all along the wall. The TV is plugged in the multi-use Cabinet to the left of
the entrance and it is adjustable with the hanging loop attached properly to
the Cabinet. In the folder
there are files with the various solutions you think before you get to the
final. Remember finally

the different rooms and from door to window, etc. She has also been conceived
