my new home near lake garda

Hi to all designers!
This loft is only 5km away from Lake Garda, I decided to launch a Contest on GoPillar to have the chance to see original, unconventional projects that I never thought of.

I uploaded some reference pictures of styles that I like but if you have different ideas in mind feel free to follow your taste.

The exterior part of the house is completely refined so it is not possible to make changes here (e.g. move windows, doors etc). Maybe it could be possible to add a skylight window.

The house is served from gas and there is a chimney pipe that goes up the roof, you can see it in the left part of the floor plan I uploaded. On the top-right part of the plan there are the drains for the bathroom. Under the window between the two doors you can find the joints for water and light.

In the sleeping area (upstairs) I'd like to have two bedrooms and one bathroom, while downstairs I'd like to have the living area, one more bathroom and one laundry room.

If possible, it would be even better to have now a single open-space bedroom upstairs with the possibility to divide it easily into two to make room for a baby in the future.

I'm looking for a comfy, bright and warm house.

I am a methodical person, I like square-shaped, linear and symmetrical things.

As regard the lighting plan, I'd like to have as more indirect light as possible, without weighting down the space with too much pendants and chandeliers. We prefer warm led-stripes.

We will make the house soundproof, so please bear in mind that there will be about 10cm space between the wall and the plasterboard to house wires and pipes.

I'm looking forward to see your ideas to clear my head and to be sure to consider all the possible options for the house.

Dear designer, here's a couple more info regarding the house:

I don't like resins for the flooring.

I'd like to install a flooring heating system.

I'll need in the kitchen a chimney that goes outside to eliminate any smell or smoke in the house after cooking.

I can't have a wood fireplace, only biogas or similar products.

I think it could be a good idea to use mirrors to brighten up the apartment.

It is most important that you insert in the project as much storage furniture as possible, given the small dimension of the house.

Buongiorno,

Il Loft è a 5 km dal Lago di Garda, ho affidato il progetto a questa piattaforma per avere delle soluzioni non convenzionali e a cui non avrei mai pensato.

In allegato vi ho messo alcune foto del mio gusto, se avete altre idee o stili di arredo, siate liberi di fare. La casa è completamente finita esternamente, per cui non è possibile modificarne le parti come finestre, porte, ecc (forse è possibile aggiungere un lucernario).

La casa ha la predisposizione Gas con canna fumaria che va a tetto, nella parte in alto a sinistra della planimetria che vi ho allegato. In alto a destra ci sono gli scarichi per il bagno e sotto la finestra, tra le due porte, ci sono gli attacchi di acqua e luce. Nella zona notte vorrei avere due camere e un bagno e sotto, zona lavanderia, bagno e soggiorno. Se fosse possibile nella zona notte, in questo momento vorrei avere una sola camera open space ma con la predisposizione di una seconda stanza, cosi che qualora dovesse nascere un figlio, potrò chiudere con semplicità e non aver un ambiente troppo pensante sin da subito.

L'ambiente dovrà essere più luminoso e CALDO possibile. Sono molto metodico e mi piacciono le cose quadrate, speculari e lineari. Per l'impianto Luci, vorrei della luce indiretta, senza troppi pendagli o lampadari a muro, prediligo le strisce a led calde.

La casa verrà insonorizzata tutta, quindi avremo circa 10 cm tra il cartongesso e il muro, per il passaggio di cavi e tubi.

Sono sicuro che riuscirete a chiarirmi le idee e farmi fare i lavori nella totale tranquillità per aver considerato tutte le varie opzioni.

AGGIORNAMENTO 20 Settembre

Ciao designer, vorrei aggiungervi un paio di informazioni aggiuntive riguardo alla casa.

Per le pavimentazioni vorrei escludere la resina e prediligo il riscaldamento a pavimento.

Avrei bisogno di una cappa con tubo collegato all'esterno per evitare odori in casa.

Per problemi logistici non posso tenere un fuoco a legna ma biogas o simili.

Per ampliare o illuminare la zona avrei pensato a degli specchi e se potete organizzate i giusti spazi contenitivi, date le poche pareti e stanze.
