1. Community Club Signage

Brief Description: To design an iconic main signage for the building.

Theme: Eco-Friendly, Smart CC @ Punggol “WaterTown”.

Dimensions – 2m(H) x 6m(L) x 0.7m(W). We have attached the location of where the main signage would be located and a reference of what has been previously designed. However, we are looking for a more innovative design. Hence, you can use the reference to give an idea of the size. However, please feel free to unleash your creativity to design a brand new iconic signage that reflects the theme.


2. Banner Structure @ Punggol 21 CC


To design a 6 panel banner structure for CC to put up event and course banners. Conventional PVC banner size is 13 x 3 ft. It is preferred that each panel be able to hold one banner at least and should be slightly larger than actual banner. This structure will be placed at front area of CC and should blend with the façade. Refer to attached existing structure.
Dimensions:
post 38dia, 50dia , 63dia = max ht. 1500 / base 500 x 500 x 60mm
We have also attached a reference of what has been designed previously. However, we would like to have a more innovative design for the banner structure.

3. Internal Directional Signage

Brief Description: To design a unique directional signage system for residents when within the CC. Signage to guide people within the Building.
Reference attached.

Level 1: Punggol 21 Community Club, Fast Food, Multi Purpose Hall, Reception, Lift Lobby, Linkway, Changing Room 1 & 2
Level 2: Conference Room, Coral, Meadows, Oceanus, Periwinkle
Level 3: Cove, Dance studio 1 & 2, Gardens, Meridian, Music Room, Oasis, TCM Clinic
Level 4: Terrace Roof

Theme: Marine Life Concept
Predefined fish for each floors based on floor tiles at each floor.
Basement - Seahorse
Level 1 – Starfish
Level 2 – Dolphin
Level 3 – Angelfish
Level 4 – Sea shells
