My Bed and Breakfast

The
proposed solution consists of:
-Designing 4 rooms
distributed by the corridor: every room has a studio area near the
entrance (allowing students to socialize or have some guests), and a
sleeping area far from entrance for privacy. The bed can be easily
converted into a sofa to have a large living area during the day.
-Keeping existing parquet
to save money.
-Keeping the bearing wall
and existing doors.
-A new bathroom at the end
of the corridor as suggested: this is actually the best position, and
there is enough place to have a confortable shower and a washing
machine, with a sliding door and placing the w.c. close to the
external wall for drainage.
-New design of the
kitchen.
-Some
adjustments to heating and wiring due to the
new distribution.
-The doors of the rooms
are painted with a color and the doors of bathrooms and kitchen with
other colours to identify public/private space.
-Possibly renewing the
existing bathroom.
