Modernising and extending a 1890's detached

I have designed three alternatives for you
The spaces are located according to your wishes.
I have also designed a series of spaces, including cafes and billiards.
A guest room is also designed, along with a study and library.
The liquor space is also designed under the stairs.
The wall next to the stairs has also been removed to open the space and design a beautiful staircase
