I’m proud to say all your needs are met in this design. Firstly, I want to mention I focused on functionality, modernity and beauty of design.
Stairs are created to be sculptural piece as it is located in center of the plan. Therefore, steps are consoled to the wall and there’s a glass wall in front of it. Tv wall is located beside the stairs to insist on the design of the stairs.
Living room and dining room are separated with the suspended shelf that you asked.
Bedrooms are design based on the residents’ tastes.
In the basement under the stairs it’s better to put something like green space to widen the space but you can also use it for storage but my recommendation is that you have enough storage so this patio make the space fresh.
For furnishing the basement it’s better to use modular furniture for cinema space in order to change the position of them based on your needs.
And lastly, In order to represent the project perfectly I also uploaded the bedroom renders and the hobby room.
