MM Turro - Milano

This project includes two alternative floor plans to address both practical constraints and spatial quality optimization.
**Plan A** preserves the bathroom location along the southern side of the building in order to avoid additional plumbing installations and associated costs. For ventilation, a mechanical exhaust fan is proposed. All interior images submitted correspond to this plan, showcasing its layout and atmosphere in detail.
**Plan B**, presented without interior views, offers an alternative configuration where the bathroom is relocated to the northern side. If this change is structurally and technically feasible, it would allow for a more open and pleasant living area in the southern zone, benefiting from better daylight and spatial flow.
Both plans aim to balance efficiency with comfort, giving the client flexibility based on implementation possibilities.
