The total office space has been divided into a number of different spaces that respond to the program needed by “Invisiblefarm”. We discarded the option of situating the meeting room and relaxed area next to the entrance as considering it too small for the requirements.

The solution we found would suit best is the one we present here.

We have demolished the partition walls to make a plan that fits the needs. If any of these walls were needed in terms of structure. it could be easily replaced by a metal beam, as we have left the pillars in the same position.
There is a big open space for working, with 9 assigned sits, including the administrative secretary. Asides from the tables and chair, we have supplemented the space with wooden boxes (seen aligned next to the top wall in the plan); which could be used for seating, relaxing and auxiliar storage. These can be moved, piled and distributed as the needs change.

On the oposite facade, we can find the three semi-private offices, all of them with
direct sun light. The partition wall between them is a serie of vertical wooden boards which can be rotated in order to allow more transparency or not. The separation to the open office is done by a middle hight bookshelf, that holds the same criteria of transparency.

Next to the entrance, we situated the relaxed and eating area; where there is space for playing, having a coffee or an informal meeting. There is space for a complete kitchen, a ping-pong table that can also be used for eating and working; a bar quick chats and coffee and a more relaxed corner for a longer rest.

On the other side of the plan, we may find the meeting and courses room. This is considered the best location for both uses as it provides the biggest levels of privacy in terms of sound and views. In addition, we find positive the fact that to enter this room you will cross the entire office and therefore, you will see the whole space and make an impression of the company in a glance. It is provided with 10 individual tables that can be situated together when meetings; there is a proyector and space for two boards. We have also located here the main storage area.
