small seaside penthouse

Hello! Hope you like what i've done, i really enjoyed making this design. I made a description of the choises in the presentation, caring on every request and work it under the concepts of function, modernism and integration. The result is a penthouse with a big space capable of turning into two different tipes of appartment and work correctly in both situations.
