The layout of the project has been carefully designed according to the orientations to ensure maximum comfort and quality of living. The western façade (ESPOSIZIONE OVEST) is dedicated to an open space that includes the living room and kitchen, with large glazed openings to maximize natural light throughout the day. The eastern façade (ESPOSIZIONE EST) is reserved for the bedrooms to guarantee quietness and benefit from the morning sun. The master bedroom is positioned to the east–south and features a walk-in closet and a private bathroom for greater privacy. The children’s rooms are oriented east–north to receive balanced daylight, with the main bathroom conveniently located nearby. The laundry is placed close to the bathrooms to share the same technical connections and ensure proper ventilation.
To better illustrate the concept, I proposed an interior design in a modern Japandi style, characterized by a warm and serene minimalist atmosphere. The design integrates LED lighting to create a soft ambience, together with a large French window/sliding glass door that fills the space with abundant natural light. This creates an open, bright environment that blends Scandinavian simplicity with Japanese elegance, enhanced by natural materials and a warm neutral palette.

La distribuzione degli spazi è stata studiata con attenzione in base alle esposizioni per garantire il massimo comfort e la qualità abitativa. La facciata ovest (ESPOSIZIONE OVEST) è dedicata ad un open space che comprende soggiorno e cucina, con ampie vetrate per sfruttare al meglio la luce naturale durante tutto il giorno. La facciata est (ESPOSIZIONE EST) è riservata alle camere da letto per assicurare tranquillità e beneficiare del sole del mattino. La camera matrimoniale è orientata a est–sud ed è dotata di cabina armadio e bagno privato per maggiore privacy. Le camere dei bambini sono posizionate a est–nord per ricevere una luce equilibrata, con il bagno principale collocato nelle immediate vicinanze. La lavanderia è situata vicino ai bagni per sfruttare gli stessi impianti e garantire una corretta aerazione.
Per rendere più chiaro il concetto, ho proposto un progetto d’interni in stile Japandi moderno, caratterizzato da un’atmosfera calda, serena e minimalista. Il design prevede illuminazione LED integrata per creare un’illuminazione morbida, insieme ad una grande finestra/porta scorrevole vetrata che inonda lo spazio di luce naturale. Si genera così un ambiente aperto e luminoso che unisce la semplicità scandinava all’eleganza giapponese, valorizzato da materiali naturali e una palette neutra e calda.
