For this unit’s design, the following changes were made based on the client’s requests:
The second entrance was closed and repurposed as a laundry and storage area, as it’s conveniently located near the bathroom and kitchen. The main entrance was designed as a foyer with a bench for putting on shoes, a shoe cabinet, and a wardrobe.
The kitchen remained in its original position and was opened to the living room. A small three-person dining table was placed inside the kitchen, and a seven-person table in front, so together they can seat up to ten when hosting guests. To reduce costs, the original kitchen was kept and expanded downward.
The two hallways were merged, with built-in wardrobes placed at the end. Since storage was planned in the bedrooms, entrance, and living area, this amount of cabinetry should be sufficient.
The third room was relocated to allow the living area to connect directly with the kitchen. This space can also function as a home office, with a desk by the window and a sofa bed for dual use.
The master bedroom stayed in its original location, with the addition of a built-in wardrobe and a wall-mounted dressing table.
Single bedrooms were designed with beds centered on the wall for better movement, desks and bookshelves by the window, wardrobes near the entrance, and space left on the opposite wall for art or a TV.
The bathrooms remained in place, with materials and fixtures updated.
Finally, the living area was moved to its new location to directly connect with the kitchen and terrace, featuring a TV wall on one side and a cozy corner or bookshelf with a modular sofa on the other.

Per il design di questa unità, sono stati apportati i seguenti cambiamenti in base alle richieste del cliente:
Il secondo ingresso è stato chiuso e trasformato in lavanderia e spazio di stoccaggio, data la vicinanza a bagno e cucina. L’ingresso principale è stato progettato come un disimpegno con panca per indossare le scarpe, scarpiera e armadio.
La cucina è rimasta nella sua posizione originale ed è stata aperta verso il soggiorno. All’interno è stato inserito un tavolo per tre persone e davanti un tavolo per sette persone, in modo che insieme possano ospitare fino a dieci persone durante le cene con ospiti. Per contenere i costi, la cucina originale è stata mantenuta e ampliata verso il basso.
I due corridoi sono stati uniti, con armadi a muro posizionati alla fine. Considerando lo spazio contenitivo previsto nelle camere, all’ingresso e nel soggiorno, questa quantità di armadi dovrebbe essere sufficiente.
La terza stanza è stata spostata per permettere al soggiorno di collegarsi direttamente alla cucina. Questo spazio può essere utilizzato anche come studio, con una scrivania vicino alla finestra e un divano letto per un uso doppio.
La camera matrimoniale è rimasta nella sua posizione originale, con l’aggiunta di un armadio a muro e una toeletta a parete.
Le camere singole sono state progettate con i letti centrati sulla parete per agevolare i movimenti, scrivania e libreria vicino alla finestra, armadio vicino all’ingresso e parete opposta libera per quadri o TV.
I bagni sono rimasti al loro posto, con materiali e accessori rinnovati.
Infine, la zona giorno è stata spostata per creare un collegamento diretto con la cucina e la terrazza, con un TV wall da un lato e uno spazio per libreria o angolo accogliente con divano modulare dall’altro.
