Explanation of the Revised Plan Design
In the new design, efforts have been made to redefine the spaces in a way that enhances both functionality and aesthetics while maintaining the overall structure of the initial plan. The following considerations have been taken into account:
Functional Organization of Spaces has been arranged so that public areas (living room and kitchen) are separated from private areas (bedrooms), while maintaining an effective spatial connection between them.
The kitchen remains adjacent to the utility ducts and close to the entrance, designed as semi-open to ensure better light and ventilation.
Bathrooms are placed in logical and practical locations, near the kitchen and ducts, to maintain the most efficient routing for plumbing and utilities.
Terraces have been preserved according to the initial plan to ensure connection to the outdoor space and natural ventilation.
The location of the public staircase has been carefully specified in the design to avoid structural or accessibility issues.
The bedrooms have been appropriately placed, offering ample space for closets and ensuring privacy.
The laundry and storage areas have been positioned in the more secluded sections of the plan, ensuring they do not interfere with the main spaces.
This design aims to increase residents' comfort, optimize the use of space, and meet functional requirements.
