Merge Apartments

Dear client,
Here are two solutions to your project - merge of two apartments. Both solutions are according to your wishes and guidelines, with minimum demolition and construction work, making the most of current layout.
Solution A - This is a layout that offers a spacious living room/ dining area and a separate kitchen. The kitchen in unit 12 is divided and transformed into 5th bedroom and storage area, by building new walls and replacing existing balcony doors. Storage has designated place for washer and wardrobe and also serves as passage to balcony. Kitchen in unit 13 remains, kitchen table is added and a large living/ dining area is created.
Solution B - This solution keeps kitchen in unit 12 with some changes. Near entrance door, a storage area is created with wardrobe for coats and shoes, a must for a large family. In this solution washing machine stays on the balcony. Kitchen in unit 12 is expanded and a dining table is added, while the kitchen in unit 13 is turned into 5th bedroom.
Both solutions include couple of minor changes - replacement of bathroom sliding doors and old bath tubs with modern walk in glass showers.
