Vogliamo rifare l'attuale mansarda e ci piacerebbe farci una camera da letto (attualmente per la baby sitter, in seguito per nostro figlio) e un bagno (con doccia, no vasca e va bene anche senza finestra). Inoltre avremmo bisogno di un piccolo studio (libreria e scrivania) che all'occorrenza può diventare una camera degli ospiti e una zona lavanderia (eventualmente assieme al bagno oppure anche aperta e di passaggio).
Dato che siamo nella fase di progettazione, potremmo valutare anche una soluzione totalmente open space se particolarmente interessante.
Attualmente la mansarda viene utilizzata come grosso ripostiglio oltre che per stirare e per qualche party. L'assetto attuale quindi non deve essere preso in considerazione per farsi ispirare nel disegno della situazione futura.
Se è utile (penso proprio di sì!) possiamo anche allargare la parte più bassa della mansarda: la parte dove l'altezza è tra 85 e 150 cm, che adesso si estende solamente per metà mansarda, può essere allargata per tutta la larghezza. Ovviamente dovrà essere pavimentata, ma questo non è un problema dato che possiamo cambiare tutto il pavimento.
Avremo bisogno anche di riscaldamento (oggi c'è il solo calorifero che si vede nella foto) e aria condizionata .
Oltre alla finestra attuale ne possiamo aprire altre due, ma solo nella parte di tetto spiovente, non in quella alta 330cm. Non possiamo invece modificare il tetto o allargare ulteriormente la mansarda (a parte l'estensione della parte bassa descritta prima). Lo scarico del bagno (e anche l'arrivo dell'acqua calda e fredda) si trova al piano di sotto in corrispondenza della zona di 180x190 a sinistra dell'ingresso.

We want to renew our existing attic, which is currently used as large storage room as well as for ironing and occasionally for some parties.
We need a bathroom (with shower, no tub - window is not a must) and a bedroom (currently for the babysitter , later on for our son). In the attic we also want to do the laundry (possibly within the bathroom) , have some space for working at home (a bookcase and a desk) and (very very rarely) sleep 2 guests.
I'm quite open to news ideas on how to divide the space at best.
If necessary the part of the attic where the height is between 85 and 150 cm can be extended to full width (now it covers only half of the attic). Of course it needs to be tiled but this is not a problem since we can change all the floor .
We will also need heating ( today is the only radiator is the one in the picture ) and air conditioning .
We can open two additional windows in the sloping roof, but not in area with 330cm high. We can not however change the roof or further broaden the attic (apart from the extension of the lower area described before). Toilet and water pipes are located downstairs in correspondence with the area of 180x190 to the left of the entrance.
