Interior Design Project – Apartment in Milan
Area: 90 m² interior + 30 m² terrace
Location: Sixth Floor, Milan, Italy

This interior design proposal aims to enhance an apartment intended for sale by combining contemporary elegance with a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The design embraces a modern style, characterized by a neutral color palette, warm finishes, and subtle decorative elements—all carefully curated to captivate potential buyers at first glance.

The living and kitchen areas are arranged in an open layout that maximizes spatial perception, accentuated by recessed LED lighting and a sculptural pendant light over the island, which serves as a focal point. Oak wood parquet flooring introduces natural warmth, contrasting with clean-lined furniture in light gray, white, and matte black accents.

The living area features a dark green textured accent wall with vertical LED light strips, framing a wood slat panel that adds rhythm and depth. A modular sofa anchors the space without overwhelming it, while a layered coffee table adds visual interest and practicality. The kitchen, kept in its original layout, is seamlessly integrated with a refined combination of matte white and dark wood cabinetry, creating a stylish yet functional environment.

Every detail has been carefully considered to harmonize proportions, textures, and functionality, creating a visually immersive experience. This project not only showcases the apartment’s potential but also conveys a modern, serene, and elegant lifestyle.
