LOFT on 3 levels or 4 apartments?

Dear Client,

I would like to present a proposal for 4 apartments on the site.
Basement contains an apartment of 3 bedrooms, 1 living/kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 store. Ground floor contains 2 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, 1 living/kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Finally the First Floor consists of a two room apartments, having 1 bedroom, 1 living/kitchen and 1 bathroom with dress room.
